Shipping policy

Items are shipped three times a week using a fully tracked shipping service. Express upgrades are available on request at an additional charge. All of spruceandpop.com orders are shipped from our warehouses in New Delhi or Greater Noida, India to your provided shipping address. Processing time is usually 2 days and the packages are delivered within 5 to 8 working days after dispatch to major metros and within 5 to 10 days to Tier 2 cities and remote areas.  Express delivery does not mean next day delivery and takes 3 to 4 days to major metros after dispatch. Timelines may be extended in instances of inclement weather or the peak festive seasons.

Delivery of parcels is otp authenticated and delivery can only happen when an otp is shared. A working phone number is mandatory and calls by courier partners must be answered.

Out of service areas are covered by speed post and delivery can take longer. We cannot change shipping location once an order has been shipped. Please note that domestic shipping is handled by third party carriers(Bluedart, Delhivery etc,) and we cannot guarantee delivery schedules to out of service areas.
